Online Advertising Sales Representative

Online Advertising Sales Representative

***The Company***
My Local Leads is an online advertising agency. Customers receive a money-back guarantee of a positive ROI with respect to their ad spend. They choose from a list of packages that include a website (landing page w/contact form, landing page w/contact form and flash video, 5 page website including landing page or 10 page website including landing page), online directories placement, pay per click advertising campaign(s), dedicated (trackable) local or long distance phone number and all sorts of reports and conversion analytics. We target local businesses like landscapers, dentists, plumbers, chiropractors, day spas and a whole lot more. This (local online advertising) is the fastest growing segment of the advertising world, period.

***The Leads***
Leads come into our site through our online contact form and through the phone. Our own pay per click marketing campaign is nationwide and drives traffic from over 40 different verticals (landscapers, dentists, etc.). Visitors have filled out a form or made a call in order to see the complete presentation of our local lead generation system. They have made three distinct buying signals (searched a term, clicked an ad and filled out a form) before you get the lead. They are interested and they are ready to buy.

***The Position***
The position of Sales Representative is the heart and soul of our company. You have the excitement of being part of a start-up (although our principals have started and sold several successful online businesses) and getting the opportunity to be one of the veterans of the team as we grow. Sales reps get leads (see above) distributed to them on a daily basis. They are able to track them in a pipeline through CRM software and provide online demonstrations through web sharing applications. It´s a lot of fun to sell because you are speaking with all sorts of “regular” people and remember (in the case of web-generated leads, they called you- you didn´t call them.) Cold calling by phone and/or in person compliments your web leads.

***The Compensation***
This is a straight commission job opportunity. You get 30 percent of the contract price (average contract $2,000.00), plus a 5 percent monthly residual based on their ad spend (average ad spend is $1,000.00 per month) on deals you close from company provided leads. When your sale is generated from your own cold calling, you get 50 percent of the contract price and a 10 percent residual of the monthly ad spend. If you can sell, you´ll make at least 60k. Experienced B2B closers will make over 70k the first year. It´s 1099 with no expenses or benefits but the residuals will more than cover your expenses if you do 50k a month in ad spend, which is expected.

***The Opportunity***
Finally, here´s your opportunity to get a real job (not some telemarketing or cold-calling dead-end) with opportunity to make some good money. This sector is exploding as small businesses react to the fact that their local prospects no longer turn to the Yellow Pages to look for services, but now turn to Google (and Yahoo,etc.). We offer the best deal in the online advertising industry for them and the only money back guarantee on ROI in the advertising industry that we know of. Our pay per click team is made up of several ex-Google employees who have over 400 years of adwords experience among them. Our prices are lower than our competition (see www.yodle.com www.reachlocal.com and www.webvisible.com and www.clientscontactyou.com ) and our commissions are higher. No one else offers a money-back guarantee to the customer. Seize the day and apply to join our team today. We´re all psyched out of our minds at the opportunity that lies before us. Are you? Email your resume to Chris Moreno today (chrisatmy-local-leads.com). Our website is under construction and will be up soon (June 15th or so- over 500 pages). Good Luck!
