Search Analyst
The Search position is a uniter, working with members of the creative, account and development teams to develop and execute solutions for clients’ strategic digital needs. This position is responsible to lead and execute search programs. This position is deeply integrated with analytics responsibilities tying campaign efforts to campaign results for modification and progressive advancement of campaigns.
Working Relationships
• Works closely with project management, creative and account service staff
• Reports to Manager of ASG
Qualifications
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment

• Robust understanding of the Internet
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Systematic thinker, analytical mind

• Strong computer skills & proficient use of Microsoft Office a must
• Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have the ability to keep up with changing prioritization and last-minute adjustments
• Experience managing content via content management systems a plus, but not required
• Working understanding of Web languages a plus, but not required
• Minimum of a BA/BS degree; Marketing, Business or Communications degree preferred
• 5+ years of online and/or website experience
Responsibilities & Duties
• Responsible for campaign development, along with account and creative teams
• Acts as a leader and advocate for the value of Search and Analytics across all assigned projects and throughout Agency interactions.
• Responsible for JR Digital Producers on boarding, education and performance related to search and analytics and assigned projects/tasks.
• Develops strategy behind Web analytics implementation and reports, offering insights in to data and developing trends
• Works with account and media teams to develop strategic approach and measurement to digital media components, including Pay-Per-Click, Contextual Advertising and Placement targeted programs
• Coordinate with internal teams to create business requirements for related projects leveraging past experience and continuous learning of online user experience best practices
• Implement and manage online media campaigns and programs for key clients (e.g., pay-per- click search engine marketing, paid inclusion, organic search engine optimization and other pay-for-performance marketing)
• Maintain internal and external deadlines of associated projects
• Facilitates the management of daily tasks
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Stay up to date on the latest industry information, including distribution of industry research to team members
• Ensure quality across a variety of digital mediums in a combined effort with the Creative and Account Teams
• Analyze and report the success of online marketing efforts to clients
• General support to all our digital projects, including collecting assets & content, coordinating media
