<p>Online Marketing Director is the key partner to the SVP, Marketing and is responsible for helping the team drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through SEM (paid search), SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and Email. A position where that will call on strategic and tactical execution, this person will design and execute a broad range of campaigns to facilitate customer acquisition.</p>
<p>ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, TASKS:<br />
• Development and execution of strategies for customer acquisition &#038; customer retention aligned with business strategy.<br />
• Lifetime value analysis and retention, customer-centric initiative development and implementation.<br />
• A/B Testing and product development.<br />
• Reporting and analyzing acquisition metrics and profitability<br />
• Executing the email contact strategy for re-marketing/reactivation of database prospects<br />
• Link Building and affiliate/social media outreach<br />
• Consult with key internal executives regarding development &#038; alignment of multi-channel marketing programs across digital channels (e.g., site, banners, search, e-mail)</p>
<p>• Manage marketing/media vendor relationships<br />
• Analyze and interpret marketing program results to drive future client marketing strategies<br />
• Determine set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization modeling requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of optimization efforts</p>

<p>CRITICAL CORE COMPETENCIES:<br />
• Communication – Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and with all department units on a regular basis regarding marketing campaigns and projects.</p>
<p>• Time Management – Must be able to determine accurate time estimate to internal customers regarding project completion and be able to meet those established schedules. Is relied upon to complete tasks in an efficient matter and be accountable for their actions as well as prioritize based on the needs of the business.</p>
<p>• Problem Solving – Responsible for researching and taking the initiative to solve issues such as web site performance issues, campaign performance and project timelines,</p>
<p>• Attention to Detail – Will have strong attention to detail regarding campaigns, creative, project plans.</p>
<p>REQUIRED:<br />
• 7+ years marketing experience in web environment.<br />
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related area. MBA is also desired but not required.<br />
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple online channels.<br />
• Experience in online consumer media and demonstrated success in online traffic acquisition marketing.<br />
• Solid understanding of user-site flow dynamics and optimization.<br />
• Database Marketing &#038; Customer segmentation.<br />
• Experience in online consumer media and demonstrated success in online traffic acquisition marketing.<br />
• Proven success with keyword research and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns through organic and paid marketing programs.<br />
• Ability to create, analyze and communicate site analytics and performance metrics.<br />
• Ability to design large traffic campaigns and dig deep with analytics.<br />
• Strong understanding of web development process.<br />
• Above average analytical, quantitative, verbal and written communication skills.<br />
• P&#038;L management.<br />
• Excellent communication skills needed to work with a team in a fast-paced environment, yet have the ability to work productively on your own.</p>
<p>Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent experience. Masters in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent experience a plus.</p>
