We are seeking an Online Marketing Manager to be based out of our Denver, CO location.
Responsibilities:
Will work with assigned departments/departmental stakeholders to plan, develop and execute an array of strategically sound online marketing deliverables to create affinity with key targets/audiences. Online channels include but are not limited to: e-mail marketing, social media, blogging. Help identify and implement the appropriate assessment tools and methodology the Society should use to better target, influence and engage key online groups to achieve the mission.
Develop, monitor and manage online project schedules, including cross-functional deliverables, vendor management, timeline checkpoints, rollouts and communication, as well as accessibility and localization by and for the chapters or other affiliated constituencies.
Internalize and champion the Society’s branding and positioning strategies, as well as core themes and messages with internal and external constituents and stakeholders across all projects and deliverables. Consistently use and strengthen our market position to achieve and exceed desired outcomes and results.
Guide and support training and consultation to help influence the consistent use and best practice of marketing principles and processes with all department stakeholders and across all project/program team members.
Requirements
Qualification / Experience:
Successful candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of progressive experience in online marketing with an emphasis on e-mail marketing and social networking.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience with e-mail software systems are required.
- Proficiency with HTML is required.
- Experience with business systems — CMS, CRM, ad delivery — and in project management is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO and SEM is preferred.

Research, analyze, and report on both website consumer usage and advertiser product performance. The reports and analysis are essential to optimizing paid traffic spend, proving advertiser value, and improving the consumer website experience. Must have a passion for digging into data to identify anomalies and/or trends that will drive key business initiatives. Must be a quick learner, detail oriented, and strategically focused. Flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines are critical.
Responsibilities
* Publish monthly traffic performance reports by collecting and integrating data from various sources.
* Execute ad-hoc analyses to support advertiser value/performance, traffic source performance, and the competitive market space.
* Create traffic forecast models for both the desktop and mobile platforms.
* Perform deep-dive and exploratory analyses such as traffic source lifetime cost.
* Define website tracking and reporting requirements.
Skills/Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree
* 3+ years of Internet marketing and/or product management experience. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and/or Affiliate programs is critical.
* 3+ years experience with web metrics and/or web analytics tools such as Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics, or Coremetrics.
* Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, VB Script a plus.
* Exp. querying relational databases with MS Access, SQL, or other reporting tools.
