Account Manager position at Location3 Media

Account Manager

Location3 Media is looking for an individual to assist with a variety of fundamental account management tasks for PPC, SEO and social media management. The account manager will serve a cross-service role, assisting with the development, management, optimization and reporting of various client campaigns. Tasks may include keyword and ad copy management, client / competitor research, PPC account development, bid management, on-site optimization, link building, social community development, social media engagement and more. Account manager may also assist with other online marketing initiatives such as mobile marketing, display or web analytics.

Candidates must have 1+ years of experience with paid search (PPC) marketing. Experience with SEO and social media is a major plus. See below for further details.

Responsibilities

PPC duties

* Client / Competitive research
* Develop, maintain and optimize keyword lists
* Account organization and structure development
* Create, test and improve ad copy
* Ongoing optimization of bid management and distribution
* Use proprietary software for tracking, reporting, link swaps, analytics URL coding and more
* Review reporting data and optimize for better visualization and digestion

SEO duties

* Conduct keyword research for all levels of keywords
* Conduct SWOT and technical analyses
* Conduct site architecture optimization
* Perform Webmaster Tools audits
* Brainstorm, edit and syndicate content pieces
* Perform backlink audits
* Train account coordinators, and track all submissions and acquired links from ACs
* Perform link building when necessary
* Review reporting data and create executive summary

Social Duties

* Perform initial research and create benchmarking reports
* Conduct initial development/enhancement of social networks
* Write, edit and upload content pieces
* Daily manual monitoring of social assets and online chatter
* Daily maintenance and engagement on social networks
* Coordinate with creative and tech teams for various elements
* Review reporting data and optimize for better visualization and digestion

Display Duties

* Traffic according to the brief
* Develop creative sets and rules, and upload creative into the library
* Daily monitoring and optimization of the ad server interface to ensure all campaigns are tracking correctly
* Monitoring delivery to ensure no spikes are occurring
* Keep all reports up to date, accurate and on schedule per internal and client request

Requirements

* 1+ years experience with PPC
* Google Adwords / Adwords Editor experience
* In-depth knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables)
* Experience with Google Analytics
* Familiarity with SEO and social media
* Enthusiasm for the industry and life in general
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
* Ability to work well with others while maintaining degree of autonomy

* Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam – Qualified Individual

* Agency experience / multiple client management environment

Summary

NutriGenics Group provides marketing and management support to the health, nutrition and weight loss industry. Our fast-paced in-house marketing and strategic digital group seeks a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and proven track record in managing a web community including social media, content development, writing and editing for the web, blogs and forums.

The Web Community Manager (WCM) will be responsible for developing and managing all web-based content development and execution to create a superior user experience that will consistently lead the industry. The WCM will be responsible developing the voice for all aspects of online presence for several websites in the health and nutrition industry and the social media arena. Responsibilities include managing the community content, crafting site email newsletters and online e-outreach campaigns. In addition to writing, editing, and proofreading site community content, candidate will also work closely with the technical team to maintain site and brand standards with regard to new content or promotion development.

The content manager will work closely with technical, business development, and marketing members of our organization and must be able to successfully work with a degree of ambiguity as the role is shaped and developed. Tasks require strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities / Community Content Management

  • Create, develop, copyedit, proofread and manage all content for multiple websites (requires working with content management software)
  • Assist in developing content strategy, processes and editorial calendar
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of all web-based and mobile content types: information, articles, video, podcasts, training, blogs, and tools
  • Establish content creation, ingest, management, and distribution processes and protocols
  • Coordinate integrated web and interactive marketing projects across sites
